No more stress eating, and I have lost weight too. Thanks to NLP
I initially thought this will not work. But it has been more than three months and I cannot recall any instance during this period I ate due to stress and emotional distress.
I met Ashish in a free NLP event and then started taking personal coaching for my habit of stress eating and also my relationship issues. We went through a couple of sessions on a weekly basis. This was somewhere in December and now it is march. I have lost a safe 7.2 Kgs without any diet. Relationships have improved too, but that’s no longer my focus. I am happy to be thinner 😉
